​Kara Blomiley is a 24 year old  hair stylist, make up artist and photographer based in San Diego. She started at the age of 4, cutting and styling her barbies hair (and occasionally her cousin's, much to her mom's dismay). Fast forward to high school where she became heavily involved in the theater arts, opening the door to special effects makeup, and a life long love of the makeup and beauty industry. This led to an internship at Starlight Theatre working under some of the greats of the makeup world and having her work featured in promotional ads and billboards for various nightclubs in Las Vegas. After graduating, she quickly enrolled in cosmetology school in La Mesa, CA. She is now working as a stylist in the heart of La Mesa Village at Salon Radiance 2 and is doing freelance work all over San Diego county, specializing in hair and makeup for weddings, photography, and special events.
